Customer Reviews
The campsite is a tranquil spot with no loud entertainment, a pool, and very clean sanitary facilities. The hostess is wonderful. The only minor drawbacks are the lack of direct beach access and the somewhat uphill walk back to the campsite. However, these are overshadowed by the positive aspects of the campsite.
•
The campsite is small and cozy with beautiful pitches, some nicely shaded under trees. There is a communal charcoal grill with seating area. The small café on site offers delicious homemade products like white wine, fig liqueur, salami, ham, and olive oil. The sanitary facilities are very clean, and amenities like a washing machine and large refrigerators are available. There is also a pool and a playground for children. However, the campsite is far from the sea, making it impossible to reach on foot with children. A car is necessary for everything, including grocery shopping. The campsite is located directly by a road, and noise from traffic, especially from the ferry arriving in Valbiska, can be disruptive at night. Pitches are sometimes doubled up, forcing strangers to share a pitch. There is a constant shuffle of caravans and tents, seemingly driven by a desire to accommodate as many guests as possible. The practice of withholding guests’ IDs, raising prices without adequate explanation, and the limited and somewhat exposed nature of the sanitary facilities were also negative aspects.
