Welcome to Foothills Family Campground, nestled in the beautiful town of Tamworth, New Hampshire. This family-friendly campground offers a serene environment surrounded by nature, perfect for a summer getaway or seasonal retreat. The campground opens for the season on May 10 and welcomes guests until October 13, providing a wholesome experience with various amenities and recreational activities.

• Spacious Campsites: Our campground comprises large, wooded sites equipped with picnic tables and fire rings, ensuring a memorable camping experience.
• RV & Tent Camping: We provide seasonal, mini-seasonal, and monthly sites, complete with water, sewer, and 30-amp electric service.
• Family-Friendly Amenities: Enjoy an in-ground swimming pool, a playground, and sport courts for basketball, volleyball, and badminton.
• Store & Snack Shop: The campground store sells essentials like firewood, ice, RV items, candy, and ice cream to keep you stocked during your stay.
• Dog Park: Your furry friends are welcome! We have a designated dog park for them to play in.

• Kayaking and Paddle Boating: Explore the scenic surroundings using our kayaks and paddle boat available for guest use.
• Fishing Pond: Our pond is stocked annually for catch-and-release fishing, providing a tranquil setting for fishing enthusiasts.

Visitor Information

To enhance your camping experience, guests must check in between 2:00 PM and 8:00 PM and check out by 12:00 PM. We request that all visitors register at the campsite office upon arrival. A small fee applies for visitors using the campground’s amenities.
