• Serviced Sites: 40 sites are fully equipped with 3-way service (electricity, water, and sewer), while an additional 162 sites offer electricity only. Unserviced sites make up 65 of the total.

• Fires: Campfires are permitted only in designated fire pits. Charcoal barbecues and portable wood-burning fire pits are not allowed, but propane fire pits are permissible.
• Alcohol Policy: Alcohol consumption is permitted on registered sites only, ensuring compliance with communal area regulations.
