Welcome to Old Town Campground, a serene retreat nestled along the shores of Perry Lake in Kansas. This beautiful campground offers a perfect blend of natural beauty and outdoor recreation, making it an ideal destination for families, friends, and outdoor enthusiasts alike.

Campground Features

Old Town Campground features a total of 37 campsites, including 33 electric sites and 4 primitive sites. The campsites are divided into two loops: one loop offers shady electric sites, while the other features spacious non-electric sites by the water’s edge.

Amenities

• Restrooms: Vault restrooms are available throughout the campground.
• Water Supply: Water will not be available during the non-peak season. Arm yourself with sufficient water for your stay.
• Group Shelter: A large reservable picnic shelter is available for gatherings, along with a playground for kids.

Nestled in a landscape boasting 159 miles of shoreline and over 12,000 surface acres of water, Perry Lake offers numerous opportunities for activities such as:

• Fishing: With abundant species like white crappie, flathead catfish, and walleye, anglers are sure to find their catch.
• Boating: Whether you enjoy sailing, power boating, or canoeing, the lake caters to all boaters.
• Wildlife Watching: Approximately 27,000 acres of federal land nearby dedicated to wildlife management hosts various species, including turkey, deer, and waterfowl.

Camping Information

For a comfortable stay, please adhere to the following key guidelines:

• Check-out time is 4:00 PM.
• Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM.
• No late entry is allowed after 10 PM; gates will be locked, with only staff permitted access.
• Pets are permitted but must be leashed at all times.
• Campsite capacity is limited to 10 people or 3 vehicles per site.
• Campfires are to be contained within designated fire rings.
