• Ablution Facilities: Two ablution blocks provide essential hygiene services including coin-operated ($2) hot showers and flush toilets, complete with accessible facilities.
• Water Supply: Please note that the water supply at the campground is not potable. Visitors must bring their own drinking water, while the onsite water is available for cleaning and toilet purposes only.
• Waste Management: Pine Beach Campground places great emphasis on environmental stewardship with designated rubbish and recycling bins available throughout the campground.
• Ice Availability: Ice is available for purchase, but stock may be limited; guests are encouraged to bring their own ice to avoid disappointment.

Rules and Regulations

The following rules are in place to ensure a safe and enjoyable stay for all campers:

• Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours start at 10:30 PM; noise, including radios and musical instruments, is not permitted during this time.
• No Pets: Pets, including dogs, are not permitted on the Taharoa Domain, with the exception of certified assistance dogs.
• Fire Restrictions: Open fires, including wood or gas cooking, are strictly prohibited to preserve the natural beauty of the area.
• Booking Requirements: Campers must have confirmed bookings to stay at the campground, managed through an administration fee for any changes or cancellations.
