• Long-term Stay: Water/Electric/Sewer 30 or 50 amp Site available for $600.00 per month.
• Visitor Fees: $5.00 per adult (18 years or older) and $3.00 per child (ages 3-17).
• Additional Adult Fees: $5.00 per night for additional adults; $3.00 for additional children.

Reservation Policies

Planning your stay at Roamers Retreat is simple, but please note the following reservation policies:

• A one-night deposit is required for all reservations excluding holiday weekends.
• For holiday weekends, a three-night minimum stay is required, and the full payment is due at the time of reservation.
• Cancellations more than 14 days prior to check-in may receive a refund minus a $10.00 fee or a raincheck valid for one year.
• No refunds due to inclement weather or early departures.

Check-In & Check-Out

Guests can check in at 3:00 PM and must check out by Noon. All visitors are required to register at the office upon arrival.
