The campsite accommodates tents only, ensuring a serene, vehicle-free environment that is safe for children to play and explore.

The campsite is located on Batcombe Road, surrounded by picturesque farmland and rolling hills. You will access The Daggles via a majestic tree-lined avenue, setting the stage for a tranquil escape. The site enjoys proximity to local amenities and is well-connected to scenic footpaths and cycling routes, perfect for outdoor enthusiasts.

Accommodations & Amenities

Pitches: The Daggles features up to 6 spacious tent pitches, with capacity for 24 campers across the site. Each pitch has room for multiple tents, allowing for flexibility depending on your group’s size and needs.
Facilities: Enjoy modern camping amenities with custom-built facilities that include two flushing toilets, two hot gas-powered showers, and cold water washing-up facilities. Solar lighting ensures these facilities are accessible 24/7.
Campfires & Firepits: Guests are encouraged to enjoy campfires in designated areas on each pitch. Firepits are provided, and firewood and charcoal can be purchased on-site.
Ice Block Exchange: For those needing cold storage, an ice block exchange service is available—just label your blocks, and they will be returned once frozen.
Parking: Car parking is adjacent to the camping field, ensuring safe access while keeping the campsite vehicle-free. Wheelbarrows are provided for your convenience when loading and unloading.
Cleanliness: Departure time is set for noon, and we ask all guests to leave their pitches tidy and dispose of rubbish at designated points to maintain the site’s natural beauty.

Pricing

Enjoy affordable camping at The Daggles with prices structured per person:

Adults: £10 per night
Children (ages 5-16): £5 per night
Under 5s: Free

For summer season exclusive use, rates are negotiable for larger groups with a maximum of 24 guests at £180 per night.
