Situated approximately 7 miles east of Greenville and 10 miles west of Vandalia, Timber Trails is easily accessible for travelers looking to explore the scenic beauty of rural Illinois. The campground’s strategic placement offers a peaceful retreat while still being close to local attractions.

Amenities

• Fishing Opportunities: Enjoy fishing in our three fully-stocked ponds and a small lake, home to various species including bass, bluegill, catfish, and crappie. Check with one of the friendly hosts for fishing regulations.
• Swimming Pool: Take a refreshing dip in our swimming pool conveniently located next to the shower house. Please note that there is no lifeguard on duty, so adult supervision is required for children.
• Playground Facilities: Kids of all ages can enjoy our large playground which features a pirate ship, blue tractor swing set, Timber Town play area, swings, a half-court basketball area, and more!
• Clubhouse & Pavilion: The clubhouse is stocked with ice and snacks for your convenience. The covered pavilion is perfect for family gatherings, picnics, or activities.
• Restroom and Shower Facilities: Clean facilities are provided, featuring a shower house and a dumping station for RVs, ensuring convenience throughout your stay.
• Recreational Activities: Participate in our scheduled activities almost every weekend, from kids’ day events to golf cart parades, that encourage guest interaction and fun for the whole family.

Camping Options

No camper is too big or too small at Timber Trails. We offer 100ft pull-through sites suitable for even the largest RVs, providing ample space and comfort. Our sites are designed to support a range of camping styles, ensuring everyone finds their perfect spot.

Conveniently close to Mulberry Grove, you’ll find a small Dollar General for supplies, with larger shopping options available in nearby Vandalia and Greenville. The natural beauty surrounding the campground offers opportunities to explore hiking trails and wildlife viewing, making it an ideal stop for adventurers.
