Nestled along the breathtaking Virgin River, the Virgin River Canyon Recreation Area offers an idyllic escape into nature, located approximately 20 miles southwest of St. George, Utah.   • Campsites: The campground features 108 sites, with 25 reservable through Recreation.gov and the remaining 83 available on a first-come, first-served basis. Each site is equipped with essential amenities like picnic tables, fire pits, and shade structures for a comfortable camping experience.
  • Accessible Facilities: The campground includes several accessible campsites specifically designed for visitors with disabilities, complete with designated parking spots and access to facilities.
  • Restroom and Drinking Water: Accessible restroom facilities with flush toilets are located throughout the campground, along with ample drinking water stations for campers.
  • Day Use and Overnight Fees: The day-use fee is $2 per vehicle, while overnight camping costs $8 per site per night. Senior and Access America the Beautiful pass holders are entitled to a 50% discount.
