General Information

Bluewater Key boasts a strict yet essential set of regulations to ensure a smooth experience for all guests:

• No arrivals are permitted on: 4th of July, October 4th, and December 25th.
• All RVs must be escorted to their site by resort staff at check-in before the office closes.
• The resort recognizes and accepts service dogs.

• Boat Slips: Available on a first-come, first-served basis, our community dock features a 200-foot dock with individual 25-foot boat slips for rent.

• Guests are allowed a maximum of ten visitors on site during the day, with a required departure by 10:00 PM.
• Only two pets are allowed per reservation, and they must not be permitted on site furniture.
• Motorcycles and golf carts are prohibited under tiki huts or on patios.
• Pet restrictions apply; certain breeds are not accepted.
• All RVs must meet the minimum length requirement of 16 feet and be certified by the RV Industry Association.

Arrival and Departure

Planning your stay is crucial at Bluewater Key:

• During summer (May 1 – July 31), a notice of at least 7 days prior to your arrival is required.
• Keep in mind that early departures do not qualify for refunds.
• Prepare to register all visitors upon arrival at the office.
