Reception and Check-Out

Smart Reception – Arrive when you want: with our self-check-in machine at the Smart Reception, you are flexible – arrivals, departures and extensions are possible around the clock. You can see the current availability of our pitches at any time on the booking page on our website. Simply enter your travel dates, calculate the price and secure your favorite seat right away. Please note: A deposit is required for reservations.

The friendly reception team is available daily to assist you during your stay:

• Morning Hours: 8:00 AM – 12:00 PM
• Afternoon Hours: 14:00 PM – 18:00 PM

• Pitches: Our 47 pitches have their own electricity connection, fresh water and waste water connection, DVB-T and satellite TV connection as well as a first-class Internet connection via our high-speed WLAN throughout the campsite.

Our lively village is also the ideal place for a family vacation. In addition to several children’s playgrounds, the Naturno adventure park or the adventure train station (Staben) for the little ones, your older ones can play soccer or basketball or go skateboarding at the fun park directly opposite the campsite.
