Driving Directions
To reach Cimarron Campground:
- From Costilla, NM, take State Highway 522 and head east on State Highway 196
- Continue to the intersection with Forest Service Road 1950
- Follow the gravel road to the junction with Forest Service Road 1900
- Cross Costilla Creek and continue on Forest Service Road 1950 for 10 miles
- Climb 1 mile up the hill to reach Cimarron Campground
