Welcome to Hardridge Creek Campground, a scenic outdoor retreat nestled on the picturesque shores of Walter F. George Lake along the Alabama-Georgia border. This campground offers a perfect combination of relaxation and recreation, making it an ideal destination for families, couples, and solo adventurers.
Location & Access
Hardridge Creek Campground is conveniently located near the historic towns of Eufaula, Alabama and Cuthbert, Georgia. Accessing the campground is simple; from Eufaula, Alabama, travelers can take US 431 south, turn left on SR-95, then left on CR-97, continuing for approximately 10 miles. Signs will guide you into the campground.
A Variety of Campsites
The campground features a total of 74 campsites, with 55 equipped with electric and water hookups. Sites are categorized into various loops—BAYS, HPAS, PCOV, and VIEW—each offering standard electric services. Unique buddy sites are designed to accommodate larger groups, allowing up to 16 people to share the space comfortably.
