Located conveniently just off the picturesque Peak to Peak Scenic Byway/Highway 119, this campground is an ideal destination for those looking to immerse themselves in nature while enjoying a range of activities from hiking to picnicking.

Available Campsites

Pickle Gulch offers six group campsites, perfectly suited for tent camping. Each site is a walk-to site, providing an intimate connection with nature while allowing for a peaceful experience away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. Amenities at each campsite include:

• Picnic tables for group dining
• Campfire circles to gather around at night
• Designated tent pads to ensure a comfortable stay

For convenience, shared vault toilets and drinking water spigots are available between sites. Campers can utilize wheelbarrows provided by the onsite host to transport equipment from the parking area to the campsites.

However, it’s worth noting that due to the mountain pine beetle infestation, some areas may experience limited shade. This region is also recognized as bear country, so maintaining a clean campsite and securing food properly is essential for safety and wildlife preservation.

• RV Access: RVs are not permitted beyond the parking area and there are no water connections available
• Pet Policy: Pets must always be on a hand-held leash
