The campground is open year-round, with specific office hours depending on the season:

• 1 April to 30 September: 7:30 am to 6:30 pm
• 1 October to 31 March: 7:30 am to 8:30 pm

Booking is essential at Tōtaranui Campground. Reservations can be made online, and it’s advisable to book well in advance during the peak season (1 December – 28 February) to secure your spot. During peak times, a minimum charge and restrictions may apply for length of stay.

• Adults (18+ years): $15 per night (1 April – 30 September) / $18 per night (1 October – 31 March)
• Children (5-17 years): $7.50 per night (1 April – 30 September) / $9 per night (1 October – 31 March)
• Infants (0-4 years): Free
