Trail Riders Ranch offers competitive pricing tailored to your needs. The monthly RV rate is set at $750 plus utilities. Our mobile home lot rent also mirrors this price structure:

• MH Lot Rent: $750 + Utilities
• Administrative Fee: $150
• Application Fee: $50 (Refundable upon approval and lease signing)
• Refundable Utility Deposit: $200

Qualifying criteria include a minimum 620+ FICO score and a monthly income of 3 times the rent, in addition to having no prior evictions.
