• Washing Facilities: A dedicated laundry room is available on a ‘one in, one out’ basis, equipped for all your washing needs. No washing up is permitted inside.
• Sanitation Stations: Hand sanitizers will be stationed around the park for guest convenience and safety.
• Local Shopping: Guests are encouraged to utilize local shops, as supermarket deliveries are not permitted on the site.

Pet Policy

Dogs are welcome at Trevaylor Touring Park, specifically in the following units:

• “Botallack”
• “Crowns”
• “Rambler’s Rest”

Please note that dogs are not allowed in the Bell Tents and must be kept on a lead at all times. Unattended pets in holiday homes are not permitted.

Policies and Guidelines

• Booking Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of 25% (minimum £5) is required for advance bookings. For holiday homes, the deposit is £100 per week or £75 for short breaks.
• Check-in & Check-out: Pitches are available from 2pm on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11am. Holiday homes are available from 4pm and must be vacated by 10am.
• Quiet Hours: To enhance the tranquility of the park, minimum noise is requested between 10:30pm and 7am.
• Waste Disposal: Guests are reminded to only use bins for household rubbish, taking larger items home for proper disposal.
