Located close to the quaint town of Cloudcroft, this campground offers visitors a tranquil retreat immersed in nature, complete with breathtaking scenic overlooks encompassing the expansive Tularosa Basin.

About the Campground

This campground is part of the vast Lincoln National Forest, which covers an astounding 1.1 million acres of protected land. The area boasts a diverse ecosystem, featuring a mix of pine, fir, aspen, and oak trees. Available Campsites

The Upper Fir Group Area is designed to accommodate groups of all sizes, with the capacity to comfortably host up to 120 campers. For larger gatherings, it is connected to the Lower Fir Group site, which can accommodate an additional 70 campers. It is important to note that this is one of the few group sites with water access, enhancing the convenience for camping groups.
