Camping Facilities

Wyresdale Camping features a variety of well-maintained pitches, accommodating both tent campers and caravanners. Each pitch includes space for two adults, children under 16, a dog, and one vehicle, ensuring that families and couples alike can comfortably enjoy their stay.

• Electric Hook-up: All pitches are equipped with electric hook-up options for those needing modern conveniences.
• Heated Facilities Block: Enjoy the comfort of our modern heated facilities, featuring separate ladies’, gents’, and accessible toilets and showers.
• Kitchen Area: A communal kitchen area is provided for campers, complete with a fridge and freezer to store your perishables.
• Laundry Facilities: Facilities for laundry, including coin-operated washers and tumble dryers, are available for your convenience.

Fishing Lake

The site boasts a charming fishing lake that spans approximately one acre, making it an excellent addition for those who love angling. The lake is stocked with a variety of fish species including Carp, Roach, Perch, Tench, and Bream, providing a wonderful opportunity to unwind and connect with nature. A small fee of £5 per day applies for fishing, ensuring a tranquil and enjoyable fishing experience.

Wyresdale Camping is perfectly situated to explore the local area. Just two miles from the quaint village of Scorton, campers can enjoy a variety of cafes, gift shops, and charming garden centres. The historic town of Garstang, known for its Thursday morning market, is also nearby. For those seeking a taste of history, the city of Lancaster, approximately seven miles away, features attractions such as Lancaster Castle, Williamson’s Memorial, and the Maritime Museum.

Wyresdale Camping is open from February 16th to November 10th, 2024. Enjoy our special offer of five nights for the price of four with advanced bookings! A minimum booking of two nights is required on weekends and three nights on Bank Holidays.
