Campsite Availability: The campground features 43 campsites, with the first 35 available for reservations 6 months in advance and sites 36-43 available for reservations just 7 days ahead. Campsite occupancy is limited to 8 people, 3 tents, and 2 vehicles.
Facilities: Each site includes a picnic table, bear box, and a campfire ring, perfect for enjoying outdoor cooking and gatherings.
Restroom Facilities: The campground features clean flush toilets but does not offer shower facilities or electrical hookups.
Water Availability: Drinking water is provided throughout the facility for campers’ convenience.
Recreational Options: Campers can enjoy fishing in Diablo Lake, hiking on nearby trails, and exploring the breathtaking scenery around.
Wildlife Precautions: The area is home to black bears; bear-resistant food lockers are available, and campers are advised to use these to store food and other scented items securely.

Due to its remote location, nearby services such as firewood, ice, and gas are located in the town of Marblemount, WA. Campers need to secure their own provisions before heading to the site.

Colonial Creek North Campground is conveniently located along State Route 20. From Burlington, WA, travel 70 miles east, and from Twisp, WA, drive 71 miles west. Look for milepost 130 marking the entrance to this beautiful camping site.
