• Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 7 days before the arrival date incur a charge of 50%, while those made within 7 days are charged 100% of the total reservation cost.
• Quiet Hours: To maintain a peaceful environment, quiet hours are enforced from 10 PM to 7 AM.
