Campground Features

The campground boasts three separate camping loops: Loop A is available from May to September, while Loops B and C are accessible from May to October. Each loop features well-kept sites, some of which are located right at the water’s edge, allowing for easy access to the scenic views and recreational activities.

Site Reservations

All campsites, including those in Loop A, Loop B, and Loop C, must be reserved through Recreation.gov. It’s essential to bring your reservation receipt to validate your campsite upon arrival. Note that there are no first-come, first-served sites available, and designated parking fees apply for beach access.

Check-in: 4 PM
Check-out: 12 PM (noon); late check-out may result in a ticket.

Pets and Accessibility

Pets are welcome at Jackrabbit Mountain Campground but must be kept on a leash at all times. However, pets are not permitted at the beach, picnic area, swimming area, or in the parking lot. Accessibility is considered throughout the campground, making various areas easily navigable for all guests.
