About Us

Located on the former site of the old Portsmouth Speedway, which hosted racing from 1952 to 1962, Lazy Village has transformed the iconic oval track into a safe biking loop for children, fostering a family-friendly atmosphere. The campground spans across lush areas near Turkey Creek, offering a peaceful retreat while still being close to the vibrant attractions of Portsmouth.

• Full Hookup Sites: Water, Electric, and Sewer connections available.
• Back-in and Pull-through Sites: Comfortable access for all types of RVs.

• Dog Park: Includes a supervised area for pets under 25 lbs.
• Swimming Pool: Enjoy a refreshing dip in the in-ground pool open from 10 AM to 9 PM during summer.
• Remodeled Shower House/Restrooms: Featuring a newly installed tankless water heater for warm showers after a day outdoors.
• Coin Laundry: On-site facilities make it easy to keep everything fresh during your stay.

Campsite Details & Pricing

Lazy Village offers a range of pricing options to accommodate different stay lengths:

• Nightly Rate: $40.00
• Weekly Rate: $225.00 (based on a 7-day stay)
• Monthly Rate: $550.00 (subject to availability)
• Seasonal Sites: Available from April 1 to October 31, with contract arrangements.

Each campsite price includes essential utilities such as electric, water, and sewer access. A dump station is also provided at no additional charge to registered campers.
