Located at an elevation of 8,300 feet, this campground is surrounded by the tranquil South Platte River, offering a unique blend of natural beauty and recreational opportunities.

Available Campsites

Springer Gulch Campground features approximately 14 reservable campsites, each designed to accommodate different types of campers:

Standard Nonelectric Sites: Sites 001, 002, 003, 005, 006, 010, 011, 012, 013, 014
Tent Only Sites: Sites 007, 008, 009, 015

Parking facilities include dirt aprons capable of accommodating trailers up to 25 feet in length. Each site allows for two vehicles or one RV, with an additional fee for a third vehicle.

Reservations are recommended up to 5 days before arrival, with unreserved sites available on a first-come, first-served basis.
The use, sale, and possession of cannabis is prohibited on federal land.
ATVs and off-road vehicles are not allowed in the campground or Eleven Mile Canyon.
Check-out time is 12:00 PM, while check-in is at 2:00 PM.
A one-time entry fee of $10.00 for the recreation area is required, valid for the duration of your stay.
