Rates and Reservations

To ensure a personalized experience, all reservations must be made by phone, text, or email. Our rates are:

• $43/night (3-night minimum)
• $56/night (7-night minimum)
• $65/night (30-day minimum)

We also provide discount rates for weekly and monthly rentals, making A Mountain View Vacation an economical choice for longer stays.

Cancellation Policy

Our cancellation policy reflects our commitment to providing a fair and transparent booking experience:

• Full refunds available if cancellations are made at least 30 days before check-in (subject to a $25 cancellation fee).
• 50% refunds for cancellations made at least 7 days prior to your reservation.
• No refunds for cancellations within 7 days of your reservation.
