Rates and Reservations

Clay Fair RV Park offers flexible rental options to accommodate varying lengths of stay:

Daily Rate: $35 per day (1-6 days)
Weekly Rate: $30 per day (7-29 days)
Monthly Rate: $25 per day (minimum of 30 days, maximum of 90 days)

Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to arrival to avoid a $35 cancellation fee. Guests are encouraged to book in advance to secure their spots during peak seasons.

Check-In and Check-Out Policies

Check-in time is set for 2 PM, and check-out is at 11 AM. Guests are kindly requested to arrive before the park’s quiet time, which begins at 8 PM.

Site Rules

The RV Park is dedicated to providing a peaceful environment for all guests. It is important to adhere to the following rules:

No truck idling, maintenance, or washing on-site.
Only one motor home and two vehicles per site, or equivalent combinations.
Window air conditioning units are not permitted.
All RV sites are back-in only.
