• Booking is compulsory for bank holidays.
• No campfires or open fires are allowed on-site.
• Generators may only be used between 10 am and 1 pm.
• Noise levels should be kept to a minimum after 10 pm.
• No boats or boat trailers are permitted on the site during weekends.
• No electric hook-up facilities are available, and guests may need to use the Rutland Sailing Club facilities for toilet and shower access.
