Welcome to Zia RV Park, a premier campground located in the heart of Moriarty, New Mexico, right off the historic Route 66 highway (I-40 exit 203). Our park offers a picturesque retreat surrounded by expansive grass plains and stunning views of the Sandia Mountains, making it an ideal destination for both short and long-term stays.

Location & Accessibility

Nestled in a central location within New Mexico, Zia RV Park provides easy access to popular destinations. You can reach Santa Fe in about an hour, and Albuquerque is just a 40-minute drive away. Other exciting locations like White Sands, Taos, and Ruidoso are only two to three hours from the park.

Amenities

• Full Hookup RV Sites: Each site is 90 feet long and includes water, sewer, and 30/50 amp electricity.
• Water/Electric Only RV Sites: These sites are 45 feet long with water and 30/50 amp electricity.
• Pet-Friendly Environment: We welcome pets with a maximum of 3 pets per household. Pets must always be leashed, except in the designated dog park.
• Community Area: Enjoy a relaxing space equipped with a pergola, picnic tables, and horseshoe pits.
• Convenient Laundry Room: Coming soon for your laundry needs.
• Restrooms and Showers: Planned for 24/7 access with daily cleaning.
• Quiet Time: Enjoy peaceful nights from 10 PM to 7 AM MDT.

Reservations & Policies

Reservations can be made easily, with a deposit structure designed for your convenience:

• For monthly stays, a 50% deposit of the monthly rate is required at booking.
• For nightly stays, full payment is due at booking.
• A cancellation fee applies depending on the notice given; check with the park for specific details.
• Check-in time is from 2 PM to 7 PM MDT, with an option for early check-in based on availability.
• Check-out time is at 12 PM MDT; failure to honor this may result in a fee.
