• Pet-Friendly: Bring your furry friends along to enjoy the great outdoors! Pets must be kept on a leash and you are responsible for cleaning up after them. Note that pets are not permitted in the bathhouse.
• Quiet Hours: From 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM, maintain a peaceful environment for all guests. Loud music and noise are not permitted during this time.
• Variety of Accommodations: Whether you prefer a rustic cabin, RV site, or tent camping, Backwoods offers various options to suit your needs.
• Onsite Store: The Porch carries local handcrafted items and camping essentials, as well as snacks and souvenirs for you to take a piece of Southern West Virginia home.
• Additional Facilities: Enjoy two bathhouses and a wash-off area for ATVs, making it a convenient stop after a long day of riding the trails.

Planning Your Visit

Check-in is available from 2 PM, and check-out is no later than 11 AM. If you expect to arrive after 8 PM, please notify staff in advance due to limited cell service in the area. Early check-outs and flexible arrangements can be accommodated upon request. Ensure your reservation to guarantee a memorable stay!
