Located on 17 picturesque acres in Saco, Maine, this family-friendly campground features 94 spacious and private sites that cater to tents, trailers, and motorhomes alike. It’s the perfect spot for those looking to escape the hustle and bustle of everyday life while enjoying the beauty of nature.

Campground Features

• Spacious Sites: Most sites offer ample space, ensuring a private camping experience. Choose from drive-through, back-in, wooded, or open RV sites for your comfort.
• Tenting Areas: Enjoy a unique tent camping experience in a tranquil pine grove, perfect for nature lovers.
• Modern Amenities: All RV sites come equipped with water, 30-amp electric hookups, and sewer connections. Tent sites can be basic or enhanced with water and electricity options.
• Restroom and Laundry Facilities: Convenience is key with restrooms located near the office, complemented by coin-operated showers and laundry facilities.
• Free Wi-Fi: Stay connected with complimentary Wi-Fi available near buildings and in select sites (streaming services not permitted).
• Campfire Regulations: Enjoy evening campfires until 10:30 p.m. for a cozy end to your day.
• Environmental Responsibility: Trash and recycling cans are conveniently located throughout the park.

Rates and Reservations

Cascadia Park is open from May 1st to October 15th (seasonally and weather permitting). Reservations are required, and guests are encouraged to call ahead to secure their spots. Here’s a snapshot of the camping rates:

• Basic Tent Site: $50 per day
• RV Sites: Basic with electric and water: $55; with sewer: $60
• Daily Visitor Fee: $2
• Extra Charges: Additional adults ($20), children ($5), and tents ($20) on designated sites.

Note that only one vehicle is permitted per tent site, and check-in is available from 11:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m., with checkout by 11:00 a.m. Day visitors must depart by 10:00 p.m.

Cascadia Park prides itself on maintaining a quiet and friendly atmosphere. To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, the following policies are in place:

• Noise Level: Loud music or disruptive behavior is not permitted.
• Pet Policy: Pets are allowed only in RVs and must be supervised and leashed.
• Visitor Access: Visitors are only allowed in monthly and seasonal campsites.
• Maximum Stay: Tent campers can enjoy a maximum stay of up to one week.
