Need to Know
The Crystal Lake Group Campsite is open starting from June 2 and closes in the fall when snow conditions prevail. All campers must check out by 11:00 AM. An outhouse is conveniently located next to the parking area, and water is available via a nearby spring faucet.

Driving Directions
To reach the Crystal Lake Group Campsite, start from Lewistown and drive west on Montana Highway 200/US 87 for approximately 8 miles. Look for signs directing you to turn left (south) on Crystal Lake Road, then follow the paved road for around 20 miles. At the “T” junction, turn left to continue to Crystal Lake. Please note that the last 6 miles are a single lane, and the paved section is gated from December 1, with access beyond the gate available for snowmobiles, skis, snowshoes, or hiking only.
