Camp Features

• Camp Sites: There are three campsites available, accommodating a maximum of eight people per site.
• Human Waste Disposal: Pit toilets are provided for human waste disposal; please do not dispose of any garbage in toilets.
• Fire Facilities: Campfires are permitted in designated fire rings only, and up to 50 pounds of dead and downed wood (including driftwood) can be collected for campfires within a 1/4-mile radius of the camp. Fires must never be left unattended.
• Water Access: Non-potable water is available on-site, but please pack in drinking water or filter/purify water from nearby tributaries of Redwood Creek.
• Animal Facilities: For visitors with pack animals, Elam camp includes a corral and trough.

Leave No Trace Policy

• Pack out all trash and garbage before exiting the camp.
• Store food, cooking gear, and odorous items securely in food storage lockers.
