Rates & Reservations

• Daily Rate: $55.00 per day (includes electric).
• Weekly Rate: $275.00 (includes electric).
• Monthly Rate: $650.00 (plus electric).
• Seasonal Rate: $3650.00 (plus electric) for residents residing six months or less.
• Annual Rate: $4250.00 (plus electric) for residential guests staying more than six months.

A $200 deposit is required for seasonal reservations, with a $50 electric meter deposit for monthly residents applicable to the last electric bill.

Rules & Regulations

To maintain a peaceful environment, guests must adhere to specific rules:

• Check-out time is at 1:00 PM.
• Children under 16 must be supervised by an adult in the pool area.
• Pets must be leashed and cleaned up after at all times.
• Seasonal residents are required to sign in and out at the office.
