The property is also home to the Mahoney family, who have dedicated years to enhancing the camping experience. Recent improvements include a newly built hangar apartment and a spacious horse barn, providing visitors with a glimpse into farm life while enjoying their outdoor adventure.

• Campground Runway: A secondary runway measuring 1400 ft x 60 ft, providing straight access from the airport to the campsite.
