Welcome to Kentuck Lake Campground, a beautiful retreat located within the stunning Chequamegon-Nicolet National Forest in Eagle River, Wisconsin. Nestled on the east shore of the picturesque Kentuck Lake, this campground offers an array of outdoor experiences amidst a lush stand of maple trees, ideal for nature lovers and outdoor enthusiasts alike.

Available Campsites

The campground features a total of 31 single family campsites, accommodating both tent and RV camping. Campsites are thoughtfully designed and include:

• First-Come, First-Served Sites: 13 available for spontaneous campers.
• Reserve-in-Advance Sites: 18 sites can be booked ahead of time for your peace of mind.
• Tables and Fire Rings: Each site is equipped with a table and a fire ring with grill for cooking and campfires.

Natural Features

Located at an elevation of 1,730 feet, the campground provides breathtaking views and easy access to Kentuck Lake, which spans 955 acres. The lake is famous for its fishing opportunities, with abundant species such as:

• Walleye
• Bass (Large & Smallmouth)
• Crappie
• Panfish
• Northern Pike

The adjacent areas boast diverse wildlife, and visitors can encounter various species while exploring the wooded surroundings.
