Jake, a Coast Guard Veteran and graduate in Park and Recreation Administration, alongside Kat, who excels in operational management, ensure the campground is welcoming and well-maintained.

Since their marriage in 2021 on the property, they envision growing their family here and making River Oaks a cherished community destination.
