Rules and Policies

• Check-In/Out: Check-in is available after 3 PM, and check-out is by noon.
• Quiet Hours: Respectful quiet hours are observed from 10 PM to 8 AM to ensure peaceful enjoyment for all guests.
• Pet-Friendly: Pets are welcome within the campground but must be kept on a leash and supervised at all times. They are not permitted inside the barn or restaurant.
• Alcohol & Fireworks: Alcoholic beverages are confined to respective campsites for guests aged 21 and over. Fireworks are strictly forbidden to maintain safety and tranquility.

Reservation Guidelines

The Old Barn Resort accepts reservations up to 365 days in advance on a first-come, first-served basis. Cancellations made at least two weeks prior incur only a minimal processing fee, while late cancellations may result in forfeiting deposits. Pricing is based on two adults per site, with additional fees applicable for extra guests.
