Whites Beach Campground, nestled in the charming town of Brunswick, Maine, offers an idyllic escape for families and nature lovers alike. Open from May 15th to September 30th, this family-friendly campground features a large sandy beach, fresh water swimming, and plentiful picnic areas, making it the perfect spot for a summer getaway.

Features and Amenities

The campground boasts a variety of amenities to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay for all visitors:

• Spacious Campsites: Options range from well-maintained tent sites to accommodating sites for large RVs, with several campsites equipped with water and electric hook-ups.
• Fireside Enjoyment: Each campsite includes a picnic table and a fire pit, perfect for evening gatherings under the stars. However, please remember that all campfires must be extinguished by 11 PM.
• Family Pavilion: A pavilion available for rent, which is ideal for family and company outings. Please call ahead to reserve.
• Large Sandy Beach: Enjoy the expansive beach area perfect for sunbathing, sand play, and relaxing by the water.
• Recreational Activities: Engage in activities such as volleyball, basketball, and horseshoe pitching; there’s truly something for everyone.
• Snack Bar: Indulge in tasty treats at the on-site snack bar offering food, candy, and ice cream.
• Restroom Facilities: Hot showers and restroom facilities are provided for guest convenience.

Camping Guidelines

For the comfort and safety of all guests, Whites Beach Campground has established a set of camping rules:

• All campsites must be kept neat, and visitors must pay an admission fee, especially after 9 PM.
• No visitors are allowed after 9 PM to maintain a peaceful environment.
• Please help preserve nature: no cutting of live trees is permitted, and only dead wood from the forest floor may be used for campfires.
• Pets are welcome but should be kept on a leash at all times; they are not allowed on the beach or in the pond.
• All guests must respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 8 AM, with minimal noise to ensure a tranquil atmosphere.
• A maximum of four people per non-family site is allowed, with an additional charge of $5.00 for extra guests.

Rates and Reservations

The following rates apply:

• Tent Site: $35.00 per night
• Tent Site with Electricity: $45.00 per night
• Camper (Water & Electric): $55.00 per night
• Children (12 & under): $3.00
• Seniors: $3.00

To ensure your spot, please register before 11 AM on your planned day of arrival, and check-out is required by 11 AM as well.
