Nestled on a scenic bend of the main channel of the Mississippi River, Blackhawk Park is the largest public use campground in Mississippi’s Pool 9. This campground provides an ideal setting for outdoor enthusiasts, offering a wide array of recreational activities surrounded by nature.

The campground features a total of 150 campsites, accommodating both RV campers and tent campers. Here are some highlights:
- 73 campsites with electrical hookups
- Allows one camper and one tent or two tents per site, with a maximum capacity of 8 people
- All sites equipped with a picnic table and fire ring
- Restrooms with flush toilets and showers available in the West Camping loop
- Non-electric site reservations are non-site specific; selection occurs upon arrival based on availability

- A reminder for campers: please do not move firewood to protect local forests from pests.
