Bear in mind that late season snowdrifts may block access until early to mid-July, so always check conditions before heading out.

Available Campsites

Lake Cleveland Campground features seventeen camping sites in the East Side loop:

Seven reservable sites
Ten first-come, first-served sites

Parking is best suited for large RVs and trailers on the East Side, while the West Side of the lake offers nine additional campsites on a first-come, first-served basis. Please note that trailers are not advised on the West Side due to limited space and steep terrain.

Access and Directions

Accessing Lake Cleveland Campground requires navigating twisting mountain roads:

From Interstate 84, take exit 216.
Follow State Highway 77 south for approximately 18 miles through Declo and Albion.
Turn west at the Pomerelle Ski Area sign and proceed up Howell Canyon Road for another 7 miles.

Please use caution while driving, especially for travel trailers and RVs, as some loops may not accommodate trailer turnarounds.
