Rates and Reservations

Our friendly policies and competitive rates make Northside RV Resort a fantastic destination:

Weekly Rates: $325.00 – $350.00, with rates for 1-2 persons ranging from $70.00 to $75.00.
Monthly Rates: Enjoy your stay for $825 – $850 plus electricity.
Discounts: We offer a 10% discount for seniors (65+), active duty or retired military, and first responders.
Booking Policy: A 50% deposit is required when reservations are made, with the balance due upon arrival.

Resort Policies

To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for all, we have established some essential guidelines:

A maximum occupancy of 6 people per site.
Quiet hours are enforced from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM during weekdays and until midnight on weekends.
Pets are welcome but must be leashed and never left unattended. A maximum of 2 pets per RV is allowed.
Alcoholic beverages are permitted if used responsibly; however, no smoking is allowed within 100 feet of any building.
