Pet-Friendly Accommodations: Dogs are welcome for just $2.00 each per night (limit 4), with designated areas to keep them leashed and supervised.
Clean Facilities: The park maintains high standards, ensuring clean restrooms and laundry facilities. Please note that restrooms are closed for cleaning daily between 1:00 PM and 3:00 PM.

Policies & Reservations

To ensure a pleasant experience for all guests, Rancho Sedona adheres to specific policies, including:

Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM, with a speed limit of 5 MPH within the park.
Campfires, wood or propane fire rings, and generators are not permitted.
Reservations should ideally include a deposit equal to the first night’s fee. Cancellations must be made 72 hours prior to arrival to avoid retention of the deposit.
