The campsite is on the island of Usedom, on the edge of Koserow, between the Baltic Sea and the Achterwasser.
The Baltic Sea beach is about 700 metres away, roughly a 10 to 12 minute walk. The Achterwasser with a small boat harbor is about 1.4 km away.
There are 150 pitches on 3.7 hectares for caravans, motorhomes, and tents. Some pitches are sunny, semi-shaded, or shaded, and tent guests can stay in the pine forest or in the open.
All pitches have CEE power and TV connections, with water points spread around the site. There is also a disposal station for waste, grey water, and toilet emptying, plus special level, paved motorhome pitches.
