About Us

Evergreen Point Village is a well-maintained facility featuring 16 mobile home sites and 25 RV sites. Established over 55 years ago and thoroughly renovated in 1998, the campground has been updated with new RV sites added in 2006. The friendly park manager has been an integral part of the community, fostering a welcoming atmosphere where campers return year after year.

Guests are encouraged to properly dispose of trash in sealed bags and utilize recycling practices to keep the campground tidy.

Situated minutes away from historic downtown Frederick and surrounded by beautiful parkland, Evergreen Point Village boasts a prime location for outdoor enthusiasts. Explore activities in nearby states including Maryland, Virginia, West Virginia, and Pennsylvania, with Washington D.C. being less than an hour away! Enjoy local attractions such as:

The campground is easily accessible via highways 70, 270, 15, 340, and 355, making it a convenient stop for travelers.

Policies

For a safe and enjoyable experience, the following policies are in place:

• Quiet time is from 9:30 PM to 7:30 AM.
• Children must always be supervised by adults, and no unattended children are allowed.
• Pets must be leashed at all times, and owners are required to clean up after them promptly.
• Alcoholic beverages are prohibited in public areas of the park.
• A two-night minimum stay is required for weekends (Friday and Saturday nights).
• All vehicles must be parked in assigned areas; unauthorized vehicles will be towed at the owner’s expense.
• Specific restrictions apply to large trucks, off-road vehicles, and utility trailers.

Your Reservation

To book your stay at Evergreen Point Village, reservations typically require a three-night minimum for up to four guests and two vehicles. Additional charges may apply for extra guests or vehicles.
