Fletcher Bay is a beachfront campsite in a farm setting, with good access to water-based activities.
It is an ideal spot for swimming, boating, diving, and fishing. There is also walking access along the Coromandel Walkway toward Stony Bay and Port Jackson, plus a mountain bike track open to walk through to Stony Bay.
Fires are not allowed, and dogs are not permitted. Access is via a narrow, winding unsealed road, and there is a ford between Port Jackson and Fletcher Bay that can be difficult or impassable after heavy rain. One vehicle per group is allowed, and space is limited.
