Rates & Reservations

We offer a range of pricing plans to suit your needs:

• Nightly Rates: $65.00, with discounts for Good Sam and Passport America.
• Weekly Rates: Starting at $275.00.
• Monthly Rates:
  • $1,500.00 (includes utilities)
  • $500.00 (plus metered electric with a $100.00 deposit)
• Annual Commitment: $5,500, paid in full.

All rates are based on double occupancy and are subject to change. Early departures do not qualify for refunds, so please plan your stay accordingly.
