Sparrowfoot Campground is nestled along the Grand River Arm of the picturesque Harry S. Truman Lake in the scenic hills of western Missouri. This nature-filled oasis provides campers with an ideal escape for a weekend retreat or an extended vacation, surrounded by lush hardwood forests and rolling grasslands, enhanced by rocky bluffs that overlook the serene waters of the lake.

Driving Directions
For those traveling to the campground, please be aware that the access point on Highway 13 is affected by bridge replacement work. It is advised to take the gravel road SE 400 south of the Grand River Bridge if coming from the north, or head south towards the 52 Highway overpass if necessary. This construction is projected to last through early November 2025.

Campers are encouraged to practice responsible camping by adhering to guidelines that help protect the natural environment. Examples include:
