• Cancellations less than 24 hours before check-in for one-day reservations receive no refund.
• Cancellations made with 30 days or more notice will receive a refund minus a $5 fee.
• For multiple days cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, guests are only refunded for remaining days, excluding the arrival date.
