Welcome to Griffin Island Campground, a charming family-owned retreat situated on the serene shores of Douglas Lake in Sevierville, Tennessee. Spanning 32 acres, our campground offers a unique blend of old-fashioned camping with modern comforts, making it the perfect getaway for those looking to enjoy nature, peace, and relaxation.

Griffin Island Campground provides various rental options including cozy campers and access to a beautiful private island. Whether you’re a water enthusiast or prefer the tranquility of the mainland, our campground has something for everyone.

Accommodations and Amenities

Our rental options include:

Cottage L01 – Sleeps up to 8 with a private bedroom, two lofts, and two full bathrooms.
Camper L06 – A spacious camper (40 ft long) that accommodates up to 6 guests with a large porch and a beautiful view of the wooded scenery.
Four and Six Person Sleepers – Perfect for small families or groups.

All campers are equipped with:

Full bathroom
Air conditioning
Stove, refrigerator, and microwave
TV with DVD player
Cooking utensils and outdoor grill

Guests must bring their own linens, blankets, towels, pillows, and toiletries for a comfortable stay.

We also have a two-level deck overlooking the lake, ideal for sunbathing or enjoying a meal outdoors with views of the stunning Tennessee mountains.

Campground Policies

We require a security deposit of $100 at booking, which converts to a damage deposit upon arrival. Our reservation policy includes:

No internet or Wi-Fi services available, encouraging a true escape from the hustle of everyday life.
A two-night minimum stay is requested, with a three-night minimum during holidays.
No cleaning fees are charged upfront; however, a fee may apply if extra cleaning is required after your stay.
