Hilltop Campground is a beautiful family-owned and operated campground located in Lapeer, Michigan. Established in 1880, this scenic location offers a perfect mix of relaxation and recreation, nestled amidst mature trees and rolling terrains with over 500 feet of shoreline on the stunning all-sports Lake Nepessing.

Camping Options and Rates

Hilltop Campground provides various camping options to suit different needs:

Standard Daily Rates: Starting at $40 per day.
Weekly Rates: Rates available starting at $200 per week.
Monthly Rates: Available at $600 per month, plus electric usage.
Visitor Fees: $2.00 per day or $4.00 if staying overnight.

All rates are based on a maximum of two adults and three children per site, with a maximum capacity of eight individuals.

Full Hookup Sites: Each site features 50 amp electric service, water, sewer, a picnic table, and a fire ring.

Pets are welcome at Hilltop Campground (maximum of two per site). Owners must provide vaccination records and ensure that pets are kept on a leash and cleaned up after at all times. Please note that pets are not allowed on the beach or playground area.

Important Rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, please adhere to the following campground rules:

Check-in time is at 2:00 PM; check-out is by 12:00 PM.
Quiet hours are enforced from 11:00 PM to 7:00 AM.
Maximum eight persons per campsite, including children and visitors.
No outside firewood or fireworks allowed; firewood is available for purchase on-site.
Check in at the store is mandatory for visitors; no outside vehicles are allowed post 9:00 PM.
